		<description>All well-said, but it crossed my mind that we still are very much in an age of double standards, and probably will be for so long as it is the woman who gets pregnant. Men are not pressured to abstain from sex as much as women are. Because women are taught more to resist sexual advances, then in a &quot;pick-up&quot; situation, men are forced to be more persuasive and even use whatever real or imagined coercive techniques they can dream up to achieve sex.

I imagine it is the very rare instance when a woman simply says &quot;yes&quot;, she wants sex just like that, unless she knows the guy for a long while. And, also there are women who just want sex, I&#039;ll allow for that. But how much of the &quot;pick up game&quot; consists of the guy persuading the gal to unburden herself of the stigma and social pressure that goes with saying &quot;yes&quot;? This, plus the idea is that the role of the girl is to not make it easy for the guy. This act seems to fall under many people&#039;s definition of rape, and I disagree witht that.</description>
